(A) MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS)

Criteria

Gross Monthly Household Income (GHI) of $4,000 and below;
OR
Gross monthly household Per Capita Income (PCI) of $1000 and below

Types of benefits provided under MOE FAS (Secondary School):

Benefits

100% subsidy of School and miscellaneous fees

Free textbooks and school attires

School Meal Subsidy of $8.20 per school day

Public transport subsidy of $21 per month or up to $252 per annum

Parents Gateway under Services tab – Financial Assistance

If you have children in different schools, you just need to submit 1 application form to any of their schools. The school that receives the application form will inform you of the outcome.

(B) Student's Insurance Plan

All claims should be submitted as soon as possible subjected to a cap of 365 days from the date of accident.

Online Submission

Go to Income’s GPA portal at https://studentgpa.incomegroupins.com.sg
Click on “New/Follow up Accident Claim”
Complete online claim form
Upload tax invoice(s), receipts (outpatient/inpatient claims) and required documents
Confirmation email will be sent to parents or students, and school administrator
