SPF-NPCC Badge Award
On 11 April 2012, Station Inspector (NPCC) Risa Lee from 4 Integrity was awarded the SPF-NPCC Badge at the Home Team Academy.
The SPF-NPCC badge is the pinnacle award badge that a NPCC cadet can achieve during her 4 to 5 years of training with NPCC. First launched in 1997, it aims to give recognition to cadets with outstanding achievements and good leadership qualities. Through the scheme, it also hopes to enhance the overall development of NPCC by forging an even closer affiliation and link to its parent organisation, the Singapore Police Force.
This award is recognition to Risa’s leadership qualities and achievements as a cadet, as well as her outstanding contribution to the Unit. Well done Risa!

Held in conjunction with Total Defence Day, the theme for this year’s competition -- NS: Fathers To Sons -- commemorates 45 years of national service (NS).
The all-boys quartet of Cavan Teo, Rifqi Ashraf Rosali, Joseph Lim and Wang Wei Cong, all 16, came up with a rap video about a father and son’s conversation about NS. They received their prizes at the Total Defence Day event held at ITE College West on 15 Feb 2012 from Defence Minister Dr Ng Eng Hen.
